Quicknote Ignore Improvements/Changes

There's a new command to ignore quicknotes right from the quicknote box. Type /ignore username to ignore a user. You can also choose a user from the list and type /ignore.
Also, if you are ignoring someone's quicknotes, you can lo longer send quickntoes to them. Thanks
